Banana, Cinnamon and Honey Spread
on Toast


This is a super easy all-natural snack food recipe that Sophie enjoys making! It's cheap, easy, fast and most importantly, it's delicious!

1 Banana
1 teaspoon of Honey (optional)
Sprinkling of Cinnamon

Smoosh and smash 1 banana on a plate until smooth and creamy. Mix in honey and cinnamon. Spead over bread or toast. Eat!

This recipe is great for a different types of bread. Try it with regular white bread, wheat bread, rye bread, granola bread or your favorite whole oat or grain bread.

Note: Recipe makes enough spread for one or two servings.
