Fish Soup


This is a super easy all-natural and healthy Fish Soup recipe that Sophie enjoys making! It's delicious and good for you!


Ingredients
-3.5 oz Tomato Puree (500g)
-2 oz heavy cream (20 cl 30% cream)
-6 cups of water
-3 tea bags of Ducros Fish Bouillon spices - we use the teabags instead of the cubes because there is nothing processed or unnatural in the teabag bouillon. (3 or 4 bouillon cubes)
-3 small onions
-3 garlic cloves
-2 to 2.5 pounds of any flaky fish (1kg)
Spices to taste
-Salt
-Pepper
-Thyme


Directions
Pour liquid into large deep pan. Add onions, garlic and spices. Add spices to taste. Once brought to a boil, lower to a simmer and add fish. Cook for approx 15 minutes until fish is completely cooked. Serve. Eat!

Fish Soup is a great dinner recipe. Enjoy!

Note: Recipe makes enough spread for 4-6 servings.
