Marmalade This is a super easy all-natural, no sugar added recipe for chunky marmalade that Sophie enjoys making! It's cheap, fast and most importantly, it's delicious! 3 oranges 12 oz of honey (350g) 2 cups orange juice (1 pint/.5 liter) 1 cup water Wash oranges. Peel or slice orange skins from oranges. Cut oranges into small-to-medium sized wedges. Cut skin into small-to-medium sized squares. Put oranges, skin, honey, orange juice and water into medium large deep pot. Bring to boil, then let simmer for four or five hours or until it because a jam-like consistency. After mix comes to boil uncover pot and leave uncovered while liquids simmer. Spead over your favorite bread or toast. Eat! Marmalade makes a great spread for your favorite breads, crepes and pastries. Enjoy! Note: The chunkier you want your marmalade should dictate how large you slice the oranges and orange peels. For smoother marmalade use a grater. For chunkier marmalade cut into medium-sized squares.
