1 espresso spoon of honey 3 espresso spoons of mustard Mix the ingredients together until the oil has completely blended in with the honey and mustard. You can use any kind of mustard you like. It's even good with a cheap yellow mustard. Today we made it with a generic mustard seed dijon mustard with no sugar added. If you add more mustard, the dressing will have a stronger taste of mustard. If you add more honey, the dressing will taste sweeter. When I add too much oil my daughter thinks it tastes too rich and doesn't want to eat it. You'll find the exact mixture that works best for you and your family with just a little trial and error... or by taste testing!
