This is a wonderfully simple, all natural recipe!

4 red or green peppers
1 feta cheese, boursin or cream cheese
Oliver Oil

Directions
  • Wash peppers.
  • Gut peppers. It is important to take out all of the seeds. The seeds are the what makes the pepper hot. The other day, Sophie made some stuffed peppers but didn't realize that it was actually important to remove all the seeds. Her face turned all shades of red. She is now a very strong believer in the removal of each and every pepper seed.
  • Stuff peppers with cheese (We use either Boursin or Feta Cheese).
  • Put on plate.
  • Pour a sparing amount of olive oil over stuffed peppers.
  • Serve!

    Eat!


    Okay, that seems just too simple. Nonetheless, it really is that easy and it's delicious!
